I think it's a decent idea. It doesn't necessarily need to be instant undetectable with a long cooldown, but it desperately needs some sort of persistence. If you're undetectable, you want to be able to mindgame. In its current state, mindgaming risks making you break chase briefly, losing your bloodlust, and losing your undetectable.

Imo, it could be longer (20 sec) with shorter cd (40 sec).

Idk why this perk needs changes, its already a great training wheels perk for beginner killers.
Its great for long chases, which happen often for some killers.
Whats the purpose of the buff?

Watching any tier list you will see how ######### is ranked. And it's not because everyone else is wrong. Its because it is truly... A ######### perk xD.

I, unfortunately, will not support any proposed rework of this perk unless it includes an activation option like Dead Hard.

This perk is terrible for new killers.. for any killers, other than trying to max out the Hunting point category. The fact that you only lose the red stain with bloodlust is pitiful. All a survivor needs to do is drop a pallet that must be broken or break chase, and the red stain is back.
Instead, this perk should always remove the red stain while in chase. That would be a useful perk.

Look, the Undetectable status is good, but the timing for the perk is awful, so it pretty much cancels out.
The perk is only useful for 1 of 3 things:
* No red stain - Which just makes mindgames slightly easier. You can already do a red glow mindgame to get the benefits perkless with a bit more effort
* Aura reading immunity - Which is only relevant for like 3 perks while in a chase
* Catching other Survivors not in the chase off guard - The window after leaving the first Survivor is too short for this to be practical
So it has 3 uses all of which are bad. Having it be always active would be completely fine.

I disagree. The red stain plays a huge part in mind games and taking it away for one perk slot every single chase is too good.

The part it plays in mindgames is all revolved around not showing it.
The only advantage the perk has over just moonwalking every time you round a corner is that you can keep looking. If you've ever played as Ghostface you'd know that being in shroud doesn't have a major impact on your ability to catch Survivors compared to just using moonwalks in the first place.
Even if the perk was unconditional mid-chase undetectable it's still worse than the perks Killers actually use generally.
