Getting "Disconnected from Host" in every match

Okay so I haven't had this issue up until just today, I'm doing old archive challenges and trying to work on some prestiges I didn't finish with the anniversary event. But lucky for me every single match I go into I can play for a few minutes at a time before I'm booted to the end screen and told I disconnected from the host. I don't lose my BP or my item, but I do lose my offering RIP Ghastly Gateaus and in the end game screen it tells me that the killer DCed but that's not the case. This is super frustrating and I don't know why today of all days it's decided I have to be the new victim of this bug that others have been experiencing for months. What can I do to fix this so I can actually play the game and not be a detriment to other survivors.
