Pyramid Head's Punishment of the Damned not triggering protection hits

Unless I'm wrong, usually, killers powers trigger protection hits.. Punishment of the Damned does not.
(and while on the topic of Pyramid Head, skillchecks in the cage should give some points, seeing how you're not getting them for struggling anymore)
