My idea for a nerf for DS and OoO.
About decisive strike, the idea is to turn it into an anti-tunnel perk only, so it becomes deactivated if you do something that say: "Hey I am ready for another chase" so my ideas are:
1.- When survivor interacts with non chase related objects: Repair generators, Heal other survivors, interact with totems, unhooks someone or stun saves another survivor, either by pallet/head on/flashlight or whatever options there may be.
2.- When back to full health.
3.-When another survior gets hooked/ being the last survivor standing.
For object of obsession it is just a simple one: SWF are not allowed to equip it. the problem with this one is that is almost an exploit because when used with comm, it gives it an use it is not supposed to have, so the easiest way to deal with this is to just ban it's use.

i like it may not happen it should.

Deactivated upon entering a locker, being healed to full, starting gen repair, or any use of an item besides a medkit. Yes.
The progress of healing shouldn't deactivate it, at all. But a full heal should.
I don't feel like Breaking a totem should deactivate it due to Inner Strength. Don't limit combos, but remove the toxicity.
However, It should automatically activate if downed while being the last man standing(3 dead, no hooked/downed survivors).
The biggest complaint about DS is the locker tech associated with it by toxic players. Not necessarily the downing and picking up.
For Object... Banning perk usage is probably the STUPIDEST suggestion you could make. its nonconstructive, gives no room for debate, and makes you look like a newb.
You counter OoO by tunneling the ######### out of them. This, IMO, is the only time i'm going to immediately tunnel someone before anyone can even start a generator.

Deactivates when you touch a gen or someone else picked up
Always stays active if you are being chased after being unhooked, no change in lockers
A give and take that makes the perk what its meant to be

I agree with everything but DS activating when you're downed the last survivor because it would mean that all killers would have to slug and let the last survivor bleed out if they don't want to be DSed.
If the last survivor always has DS letting the last survivor bleedout becomes the objective best option which is terrible for both the survivor and the killer.

DS timer = 60s
Bleedout = 240s
That player also isn't guaranteed to have DS. Obsession or not.
If you slug someone to death because you fear DS, you are actually a really big problem with the game community wise. That's EXTREMELY toxic. In a LMS situation with DS, shut the hatch. Have a short chase. Game over. Nobody HAS to slug. Its ALWAYS an option. I found out the hard way when I would slug people, they almost always disconnected. I stopped. Rarely a DC unless it was a server took a dump or something else game-wise(i wouldn't be in a chase with them or actively carrying them to the hook).
Killer's being scared of DS is hilarious. Get it out of the way early and you won't have to worry about it. If they used it earlier in the trial, then you have nothing to fear. Hell I fear Broken(borrowed) Time over DS any day of the week unless i'm playing Bing Bong Boi or Mista Pipe.
