Cage of Atonement - Relocation pause time?

I have a question for any of you that may have this exact statistic - I kept looking to find it ANYWHERE and can't seem to. A method I like to OCCASIONALLY use as Pyramid Head is to send a survivor to a Cage of Atonement, then strategically move close to it when preferrably 2 survivors have flocked to it so that it teleports away and and gives the opportunity for more bleedout. The only thing about doing this at times is that the developers created the relocation mechanic to prevent hook/cage camping which was very smart in their half. To help combat this, they set it so that when the cage relocates, the bleedout timer pauses for what seems like 25ish seconds. I wanted to know if anybody knows the exact statistic for it?
