Hillbilly's brown add-on "heavy clutch" still has the de-buff to steering from the PTB even though the description for it has changed (and isn't mentioning about the de-buff anymore)

This also applies in similar to the 'Iridescent Brick' - which now says it takes 2 seconds to activate instead of 5 from the PTB, but still functions as 5 seconds in the live build.
