Xbox: Ruin and surveillance are bugged after getting a gen grab.

Most of the time if I get a gen grab as spirit or ghostface while ruin is active the generator is bugged until someone starts repairing it. The gen does not regress and it can't be damaged. Ruin will still be uncleansed and this only happens when I get a gen grab. Everytime this happens I also have surveillance so this could be something with that as well. I dont know if this bug is on other platforms but I know for a fact its on xbox for me at least. Has happened in at least 4 matches. With each match of mine having multiple occurances.
