SOME OF BILLY'S AND BUBBA'S ADDONS GOT CHANGED TODAY BUT THEY STILL BEHAVE LIKE THEIR OLD VERSIONS?

With today's patch some of Bubba's and Billy's addons got changed again.
For example Lepro chains says it does ONLY get rid of one health state of a survivor for 5 seconds after breaking a pallet/wall, however it still always only hurts survivor for one health state.
Iridescent Brick says you get undetectable after 2 seconds of sprinting with the chainsaw, however it still is after 5 seconds.
So why patch the text if the addon's functionalities remain unchanged.
