Clown movement speed with Greek God cosmetic

I was playing Clown with his new Greek God cosmetic on Ironworks last night and seemed to be moving a bit slower than normal. It felt like 112% rather than 115%. He definitely felt off as I was struggling to close distance. I could genuinely be out of my mind here, but he definitely felt sluggish compared to Leatherface in back to back games.
