Just installed the new patch update today. This was the first match I had.
Auras showed the clothes:
Not just topless, torso-less!
I had video of this but my editor keeps potatoing the vid so until I figure that out Pictures will have to do:
Everyone saw him topless
Oddly He showed clothed in the post game chat as well as in the store.
I don't personally own this cosmetic which is why its locked here.

I had the same issue, he had it for most of the game, then it just disappeared.
