I play on ps4 and after the most recent update my game has been acting wierd does anyone know why?

After the most recent update on ps4 I log on to play a game and I'm in the game and all of a sudden every 15 seconds or so I get this random frame drop or soemthing wierd that makes me lag which ever direction I'm looking it happens as killer and survivor. I know 100% this is not my Internet.

    I'm having the same issue on my ps4 since the update 4.1.0, wondering what happened and when they gonna fix it, if they gonna fix it at all
