[PC] Survivors not getting immobilized after getting speared

Hello, I wanted to report what seems to be a bug with Deathslinger that appeared in update 4.1.0
Survivors used to be immobilized in place after getting speared for around a second after getting speared by Deathslinger's gun. However it seems to be no longer the case after the update 4.1.0. Nothing in the patch notes has been mentioned about the change therefore I assume it's a bug.
Below are linked videos of survivors who, despite being speared, still manage to slide behind an object instead of being stuck in place.
