Legion knock out perk bug after 4.1.0 (win store version)

Example
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, put a survivor into dying state
Step 4 : vision/screen gets dark edges about 10-15 seconds, can run around normaly
Step 5 : if I replace the new "knock out" with anything else, all is correct again
Step 6 : tried the same 4 perks with the pig, everything fine there, no dark edges
