Head on shock bug

So, I tried to head on the killer (it was the doctor) and, well, it happens that I get stuck in the locker when I try to do it and I couldn't get out of there nor the killer to get me out or even hit me, I don't even know what happened, the video is in my Xbox account, GT: Krieof
Hopefully it was just timing and not an usual bug
