- Console and PC - Deathslinger's Redeemer no longer locks a survivor in place for a short time upon spearing them.
- Console and PC - Killers have a chance to be unable to use their power or lunge if a survivor is picked up and either struggles free or disconnects while being carried. This also will slow down their movement speed as if they were still carrying a survivor.
- Console and PC - Certain areas cause survivors to make no sounds (Grunts of pain, breathing, etc.) such as inside some shack tiles or some of the main buildings in different realms.
- Console and PC - Ironworks of Misery has an invisible wall located around the main building that prevents projectiles from traveling through it.
- Console and PC - Hatchet hits can "de-sync" from the server, creating a blood splatter effect but cause no damage if it were to hit a survivor at the exact moment they use Dead Hard.
- Console and PC - Speared hits from the Redeemer can "de-sync" from the server, causing the survivor to play the "speared" animation and quickly end it as if they were never hit by it; this effect is caused by Spearing a survivor at the exact moment they use Dead Hard.
- Console and PC - Grabbing a survivor can "de-sync" from the server, causing that survivor to ignore being grabbed, but still play the first few frames of the grab animation. This is caused when a survivor stops performing an action that could result in a grab a few milliseconds before the moment that the killer attempts to grab them.
- Console and PC - The Nurse's fatigue can be cancelled by performing a quick basic attack at the exact moment that the fatigue animation begins.
- Console and PC - Stunning the Nurse with a pallet causes her to enter the pallet stun animation, and then enter fatigue.
- Console and PC - Hooking the last survivor has a chance to cause the game to go on indefinitely, even after the end game collapse, unless the hooked survivor disconnects from the match. This also completely freezes the last survivor's animations.
- Console and PC - Attempting to hook a survivor with high ping may prevent the killer from hooking them, but still give wiggle progress.
- Console and PC - Midwich Elementary School spawns two pallets in very close proximity to each other (ignoring spawning rules) on each of the corners in the center courtyard.
- Console and PC - Clown's Afterpiece Tonic has a chance to create no gas particles when thrown at certain areas (such as the stairs going into the basements of houses on Haddonfield or Badham Preschool).
- Console and PC - Clown's Afterpiece Tonic has a chance to cause survivors to not become intoxicated even if they went through a gas cloud.
- Console and PC - Clown's Afterpiece Tonic has a chance to not cause survivors to scream when going through a gas cloud, even if they are not using Calm Spirit.
- Console and PC - Clown's Afterpiece Tonic quantity has a chance to "de-sync" from the server, causing thrown bottles to create no gas when they explode and must be reloaded to fix the issue.
- Mobile - Multiple navigation mesh issues causing both survivor and killer bots to become stuck on scenery or lose pathing for no reason. This seems to happen on mostly Coldwind and Autohaven realms.
- Mobile - If the Huntress puts a hatchet away, the hatchet will remain visible in first person and follow her third person model's animations. This issue is fixed by readying another hatchet and throwing it or reloading at a locker.

- Rift not giving claimed rewards
- Survivors getting stuck in locker. (Head On perk responsible?)
- Survivors' arms animation bug when vaulting or doing gens
- Flashlight aiming off
- Survivors being hooked away from hook position due to lag
- Killer being unable to grab survivors that are unhooking
- Generator progression sound being totally silent
- Finished generator light being overly bright in some maps
- Nurse being unable to blink to many locations in Midwich School
- Floors not rendering in Badham Preschool's basement
- Bloodpoints getting reset to x amount
- Offerings not getting burned
- Minotaur oni skin makes "tail" appear in first person camera slightly blocking the view
- Some of jake's skins making him invisible
- No perks displayed in post-game lobby
I just listed the bugs that I remembered and that I have experienced myself or seen it in a match.

Developers looking at this must feel desperate or "whatever, we never gonna fix 35% of this bugs".

- Oni minotaur skin blocking camera in first person view
