- Start the Game as a survivor
- Wait for the Killer to hook you
- Notice if your survivor's body is way more farther from the hook (This means that the bug will probably happen)
- Wait for someone to unhook you
- Now your survivor physics is broken, teleporting from side to side for no reason (other survivors & the killer don't see you teleporting)
- You can start purifying a totem or repairing a generator to stop the bug
-This occurs on average every 6 or 7 matches
-As far as i know, this is happening on console
-It usually happens when your survivor is hooked far from the hook (example below)
Although for you the character collides with obstacles on the map, for other survivors and for the killer you will not be running teleporting from side to side, but you'll be running directly to the obstacle

Also fixable if you start healing yourself with a medkit. I noticed this bug since 4.0.0
