PC - Rock too close to pallet causing survivors to get stuck

Repo steps:
- Boot up the game as survivor
- Load into Yamaoka Estate
- if you are facing away from the main house, navigate to the tile that is on the left side, halfway point of the map
- Throw the pallet while on the outside of the tile
