Ruin not working after a pull

So here is a pretty straightforward bug, had ruin on, (still active as per SS) pulled a survivor from the gen and it never regressed (no Sparks and after several minutes it was still at same progress)
• Platform: PC
• Description of the issue: ruin not working on a gen after pulling a survivor off it
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): just post phase with spirit, pulling a survivor off the gen
• How often does this occur: once.
