Multiple Wraith Add-ons have NO EFFECT

I already did a post on this, but after more investigation, I learned there are more issues than I was aware of....

ALL of the Wraith Add-ons that reduce his Uncloak/Cloak time are not working properly. The Cloak/Uncloak animations are sped up, but the ability to attack or do another action is suspended until the normal Uncloak/Cloak time has expired.

Here is the list of Wraith Add-ons that are currently affected by the same issue:

-All "Swift Hunt" add-ons: The wraith will Uncloak faster, the progress bar will turn Yellow, the "whoosh" Uncloak sound will activate sooner. BUT you are unable to attack until the default Uncloak time is over. Making it completely useless.

-"The Serpent" + "Shadow Dance": This was mentioned more in my previous post. The wraith will Uncloak completely after kicking a gen or pallet, but adding a "Shadow Dance" add-on or any perk to speed up your kick, will NOT decrease the Uncloak time to match the kick speed increase. This locks the wraith in the default Uncloak animation, making it impossible to attack until the default Uncloak duration has ended. Making it mostly useless.

-The "Blink" add-ons are affected as well, but since they deal with DISAPPEARANCE times, they don't interfere with gameplay much.

For the last few months, These add-ons ONLY SPEED UP THE ANIMATION, not the Uncloak/Cloak time, making them useless.

The issues are present 100% of the time.
