I have been playing this game since it was released. I have literally spent over $1000 on all cosmetics alone that I wanted. I just wanted to let you know you've lost a customer for good due to your horrendous decision to implement this new total BS matchmaking. I have never "GOT GUD SON" to the game. I play it for enjoyment and fun. Not to be tunneled by rank 1 try hards that the development team LIES and says "oh, rank doesn't matter anymore, ITS BASED ON HOW YOU PLAY AS A SURVIVOR!" So, I'm a trash survivor I almost ALWAYS die first, and get stuck in matches with rank 1 skulls that SLAUGHTER EVERYONE WITHIN MINUTES OF THE GAME AND THINK THIS IS A GOOD FUN TIME! I will not be coming back, and I'll make sure to take everyone I know that also plays this game, WITH ME.

    Honestly, The matchmaking is great atm, But the game is a horror survival so that is what you should have expected.

    Im sure you can manage yourself fine or keep playing and get a lower MMR rating. It should take about 10 matches.

    I have not spent as much as you, but this isnt the worst thing BHVR has done imo-

    ”should take a bout ten matches” so explain how since the mmr changes were implemented and how they been tracking data for months for the mmr system before it was even live how in the last five days and over 300 matches that 90% of my matches are against red rank pros who win the game effortlessly when I play as rank 16 survivor and rank 16 killer? The other 10% are purple ranks. And I am not exaggerating at all

    I actually feel like this game used to be WAY worse few years ago with all the different things being broken af. So saying that new MMR system is the thing that ruined the game for good is not that truthful imo. Having almost every perk broken, having pallets and hooks broken and all this kind of stuff seems to be way worse for me than facing a higher rank players, who sometimes camp and tunnel. But that's just me. You can have another perspective, I won't deny that and won't argue with that. Everyone is different in their preferences.

    But, again, if after all this time (4 years, if you haven't lied) you haven't got used to mean and toxic killers/survivors on higher ranks, then yeah, you should probably pick another game. Mental health is way more important. Moreover, you should've probably picked another game several years ago, because players don't change, no matter what fixes BHVR provides.

    Anyways, I feel like you made up your mind. That being said, I wish you good luck in the following virtual adventures, brother.
