Play With Your Food Losing Stacks on Plague
While running pwyf on Plague, using vile purge consumes stacks as of the latest patch 4.1.1. Specifically happened while using potent tincture and infected emetic.
In previous patches, vile purge did not consume stacks. So that is why I'm assuming it's a bug since there has been no mention of it in the patch notes.

Clown is also suffering from this.

I just noticed the description for Play With Your Food was changed so it says both "Basic and Special Attacks" consume tokens.
I am curious if this was another "Anti-Synergy" change and not a bug. I am actually queuing for a Doctor match this very second just to see if doctor's zaps also consume stacks.
EDIT: Doctor's shocks do not consume stacks.

It seems to me that attacks that deal direct damage should spend tokens, vomiting plague and bottles should not spend tokens, otherwise the perk is useless on many mana, because many mana uses a non-wound ability

Blight's lethal rush also uses stacks, regardless of wether or not you actually attack

I would like to summarize. Blight, Clown and Plague use stacks every time they use power that does not deal direct damage. Hopefully the upcoming patches will fix this. If the mechanics of bloodlust are suddenly removed

It'a a shame because after Bubba update PWYF was basically only even usable on Plague, otherwise it's kinda trash filler perk.
