PC - Stuck in a wall after teleporting with demogorgon

I set up a portal on a first floor doorway of two-floor house on Springwood as Demogorgon. After teleporting to it instead of being teleported on top of the portal I got teleported into the nearby wall. I was unable to get out or even move.
This was the first time I encountered this issue.
