Game breaking bug for trapper (only saw when playing survivor)

I was playing against a trapper on ormound who was playing with the iridescent stone, setting tools, STBFL, surveillance, distressing and unnerving presence. The real issue was probably with the iridescent stone. Multiple times during the game, even though we were mostly on gens, i could hear a bear trap snapping but no one being caught by them, when the trapper finally hooked me, i realized that he would sometimes get stuck and step on an invisible bear trap. Looking at him, i could see that the trap IN HIS HAND was reactivating because of the iridescent stone addon which made him get stuck multiple times in his trap.
