    Steps are:

    Step 1:Boot game

    Step 2: Get a killer game

    Step 3: Hook a survivor (IMPORTANT: This only occurs with basement hooks)

    Step 4: If survivor is not on the hook and has not DCed then they will be on the land somewhere nearby

    (Sidenote: my friend had this happen to him he was the killer and the person appeared on god pallet body blocking other survivors from unhooking them so this is game breaking since they still have hitbox)
