Killer fat shaming in Temple of Purgation

In the Temple of Purgation map I ran into a generated spot where the killer can't pass through but a survivor can. Since the loop is significant this allows the survivor to survive indefinitely versus killers without range.
The killer (hillbilly) was unable to walk between the block and the tree, whereas I was. Initially there was a pallet in the gap between the two blocks to the left, but this didn't really change the situation.
In case it's relevant, the tile to the right looked similar to this one (got the pic off of a youtube vid):
