Stuck on corner of hill on Macmillan Estate

I walked into the corner of one of the hills on Macmillan Estate and then got stuck in it. The killer got stuck too after picking me up but they got unstuck after they did an attack (possibly a lunge). When I was stuck on the corner of the hill, the "available action" icons on bottom kept flashing and I was unable to self-heal (one of the actions) - I think because my terrain position was continuously shifting between "on hill" and "off hill".
