On Coal Tower, at the base of a hill positioned to the right of the killer shack (looking at it from the center), on the side where a totem has potential to spawn (right side of hill), there was a little invisible trap area that couldn't be escaped as a survivor. I walked in to try to pick someone up and got stuck there, and was unable to escape. The killer was also stuck there too, but it can be lunged out of. I created a magnificent visual for this, X marks the spot.
