PC - stuck on a rock - Crotus Prenn Asylum

I was running to save a survivor and I got stuck on the rock. (I try to crouch down to get out)
Freddy hit me once and I was still stuck.
He hit me a second time, I was dying and I was still bug on the ground.
The bug ended when the killer pick me up.
