PC (maybe all) - Pausing during startup as killer

Minor Bug for all killers
Step 1 find a game
step 2 wait for the game to finish loading
step 3 pause during the killer showcase
step 4 move before the killer HUD appears allowing you to start the game about 1 sec earlier
this is just a minor bug that started appearing recently (probably the latest patch) however it can be exploited by just a tiny bit seeing as how consistent it is
