Better chase incentives

I'd like to suggest that rewards for a chase be given to both parties for ending it quickly. The killers goal is to down the survivor as soon as possible; this encourages time management for other objectives. If survivors were rewarded for breaking line of sight early, it would promote more variation in point gain and all players would see a drop in extraordinarily long chases. A change in this manner would allow Dev's to focus more on methods to break Los without increasing/adding abilities to extend the chase. 
No need to buff/nerf anybody.
Survivors will get points quicker 
Killers spend less time in endless loops because there is no reward for it
Chases are short and engauging 
Devs can implement more play mechanics
