Blood Pact Buff
At first I thought this perk was pretty good, but it has a problem related to the Haste Status Effect.
Why only 10 seconds? And also it is quite situational, since the effect is useless if the killer is not around, guess why.. Right, 10 seconds.
I would like to redo a part of the perk with Haste Status Effect to make it much more useful and profitable.
Blood Pact
It's as if a latent part of yourself has awakened. You feel like you can reach out beyond yourself for assistance.
When you or the Obsession are injured, you both see each other's Auras.
After healing the Obsession or being healed by the Obsession, or unhooking the Obsession or being unhooked by the Obsession you both gain the Haste Status Effect, moving at an increased speed of 7% for a 15/20/25 seconds.
Reduces the odds of being the Obsession.
If you are the Obsession, Blood Pact deactivates.
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
Now this perk will be much more useful in solo, as well as it will give a good effect from FULL healing or unhooking the obsession, which makes the perk not such a bad anti-camping tool (still worse than borrowed time, but unique) and just a good accelerating perk.
Your thoughts? Now you will consider it OP, huh?

I can get behind the unhooking aspect of it if it was a safe rescue, but 10 seconds is a good duration for it. 25 seconds of 7% Haste in-game is crazy. Hope is fine for that because the survivors have done what they need to do and it also is a good counter weight to NOED. But not 25 seconds of 7% speed increase. That is way too punishing for a killer to contend with, it forces them to try to gain Bloodlust just to regain the lost ground in the chase.

Tbh, if they just increased healing speed for obsession and vice verse it would be a decent perk.
