Nurse Unable to Blink

So I ended up having to play as the Nurse today, a killer I'm not a big fan of or big fan of playing her. I bring the offering to send us to Midwich because I think "Oh indoors, she'll do well there, blink through walls and everything". And then low and behold I get a bug, where after whatever happened, you'll see in the vid linked here. I couldn't blink anymore. Like at all the whole rest of the match, don't know why or how. Please somebody look into this, thank you.
