Game crashing as soon as game starts

I’m playing the game on my Xbox One X and my game has crashed three times now ever since the servers allowed crossplay with the latest software update of 4.1.2. I’ve played this game for about 2 years now and quite frequently to where I have never experienced an (as far as I can recall) to where the game starts, the game then freezes making a buzzing sound for a few seconds and then crashes to home screen.
