Give Myers a QOL buff

This is a very simple and straight forward QoL/small buff for Myers, make it so when he gets the amount of stalk, similar to Oni he has a button prompt to push to choose to cross over to next tier.

This way Myers has a bit more control over his power and you don’t need to worry about trying to get to 99% but accidentally going over at the wrong time, or maybe you want to stay in tier one a bit longer!

I think this would be a neat little buff and just make managing his power a bit more interesting
