Perhaps it's time to nerf the second chance perks.

You know which ones i'm talking about. DS/BT/UB/DH.

Behavior's justification for nerfing old Ruin was that it was used too frequently in high ranked matches. However that reasoning doesn't hold up when you look at these perks. The meta hasn't changed in a very, very, very long time. It's stagnant and repetitive, and the 'second chance' nature(which leads really to more like 4-6 chances) seems counterintuitive to the design of the game.

Ruin was just one perk, but these have been totally overlooked despite virtually every single red rank survivor using them. Seems a bit hypocritical?
