Wool Noragi Jacket cosmetic disappearing (Jake Park)

In many recent matches, the above torso cosmetic piece has rendered properly at the beginning of the game, and then disappeared to the other survivors and the killer, but not to the player playing the character.

here is an example from a recent game (screenshot taken by a spectator):

This has happened on multiple maps (example above was crotus prenn, I also recall seeing it recently on yamaoka estate and autohaven wreckers)

I have not noticed a pattern for when specifically this occurs, but I don't recall it ever disappearing whilst another player was watching, as far as I know.

The character in question was running the perks urban evasion/kindred/self care/open handed at the time.
