Yamaoka Rock bug

I found a weird bug where the rock spawned on near a pallet in Yamaoka while I was playing Huntress.

This happened not too long ago. The pallet was already dropped earlier by Bill before I was chased him.
The rock spawned out of nowhere after I hooked another survivor near the aforementioned spot.
So far, this only happened once.
