What do / did you have the most problems gameplay-wise in DBD?

Hello there! I hope I'm in the correct category...

I will write my Bachelor thesis this fall about DBD and would be glad to have some community input!

I want to design and code a website for beginners, because I think that lots of gameplay elements and tricks are often learned after lots of frustrating matches (if you don't have friends in DBD to teach you).

It would be great if you could describe what you have / had the most problems at the beginning or what you see others do wrong.

This would not only help me with my project, but - in the best case - also create an extensive guide as website, where struggling players can search and learn about DBD.

    I don't know if that's helpful, but my biggest problem was to look behind me in chase.

    And I had no idea that you can lunge as Killer.

    Yeah, trying to look back without running into tree was my bane.
