Adding a Taskbar for multiple perks

I think the best idea for this game would be a Taskbar for switch alternative perk slots quickly without re-make the whole perks because sometimes we got confused on what perks we did put into the slots, Tell me what you think about that!

I did posted here an image for an example.

    That will be perfect, and so much useful i hate that i can't save my slot perk in an alternative like a chest..
