'Cruel Limits' Perk Still Needs to Change
'Cruel Limits' is a killer perk belonging to The Demogorgon. Each time a Generator is repaired, all Windows and Vault Locations within a radius of 24 meters from the completed Generator are blocked for all Survivors for the next 20/25/30 seconds.
If you feel a sense of deja vu reading this post, it is because I have made one before regarding Cruel Limits. You can view my previous rework suggestion for Cruel Limits in my discussions by checking the link at the end of this post below, and I highly encourage you to do this if you feel curious enough to learn more about how I feel about the Demogorgon's teachable perk.
Before I begin, I would like to explain a new perk featured for The Blight in our upcoming new chapter.
Hex: Blood Favor is a killer perk belonging to The Blight. A hex that gains the Entity's favor when blood is spilled. When a Survivor is hit, pallets within 16 meters of your location are held in place by The Entity for 15 seconds. These pallets cannot be pulled down.
Hex: Blood Favor has a cooldown of 60 seconds.
I bring up Hex: Blood Favor because it inspired my alternate idea for a rework of Cruel Limits. The basic idea of Cruel Limits is to affect the environment or the Survivors. So, a suggestion would have to remain faithful to that idea.
My new idea would be this:
Cruel Limits: When you hit a Survivor with a Basic Attack, nearby Windows or Vault Locations within 8/16/24 meters are blocked for 15 seconds. Cruel Limits has a cooldown of 45 seconds.
This is simple, easy to follow, and the cooldown should in theory prevent it from being abused and selected over a similar rival perk named Bamboozle. This way both Cruel Limits and Bamboozle both have their strengths and uses.
Do you agree or disagree with my proposed change for Cruel Limits? Support your thoughts and if you have other changes in mind, feel free to share your thoughts and share this idea in case the developers were to notice.

I think it would be better to keep it as is, but just add blocking pallets to it. The main issue with the perk is that even when it goes off survivors still have sufficent defenses in the area it affects, despite it being a very short, very niche effect with limited uses. It's simply more likely to do nothing than to help you right now.

I don't like it mostly because it is just a better version of Blood Favour (except tier one which you could bring to 20/22/24).
The only exception is the basic attack requirement.

Thank you guys for the feedback! If I may ask for one request, if you guys could check out my first idea for Cruel Limits and comment on what you think about that as well that would be great. I do take the feedback in, even if I'm just a fan I do believe the developers do give a look at our suggestions sometimes so it helps to share ideas as well as to provide feedback when we can.
