Perk Point System
I play a healthy balance of both survivor and killer and at the higher ranks there is a high consistency of the same meta builds from both perspectives, with survs being slightly stronger in my personal opinion.
Naturally there are stronger and weaker perks, but my thought was having a point perk system I.E a maximum of 20 points (and still a 4 perk slot limit), and each specific perk is worth a set number of points depending on its strength. For example Decisive Strike could be worth 6, Unbreakable 5, Spine Chill 4 etc.
This could help more strategic decision making rather than encountering almost identical builds time and time again.
Again, this is only a suggestion. It would be great to know other people’s thoughts on this.

I think it’s a fun thing to think on, but in practice, people would just find the 4 strongest perks they could stuff into those 20 points and almost everyone would use that, and the system could also hinder people from making more creative builds depending on how they determined the cost of a perk.

True, I was just trying to think of a more creative way to use the perk system and limit people using strong exhaustion perks plus other strong ‘second chance’ perks as well, which may perhaps reduce toxicity a little bit in game. Food for thought I suppose.
