Player Stuck On Hook

Good evening DBD community,

While playing on August 25, 2020 ~10pm PST on PC, I found a teammate stuck on top of the hook. Upon unhooking the player, their character got stuck in between the rock and the hook.

As someone who has about 500+ hours on the game, this is my first time experiencing something like this.

Any suggestions on how this could be fixed?

    Something similar happened to me today. I got hooked and instead of being hooked properly, my character model froze mid air and even started collecting crows. However, my camera centered on the killer in a third person perspective.
