Can killer please get an FOV increase.
I have been playing with Shadowborn for a while now and i have to say the current Shadowborn FOV in my opinion should be the base FOV for all killers. Going back to not using Shadowborn makes me feel sick and almost claustrophobic. The base FOV is absolutely terrible. Allow killers to have the current Shadowborn as base and then re purpose Shadowborn for something else. If that is not a possibility atleast increase the FOV to some degree because where it sits now is horrific.

What? Just because its a first person perspective does not mean the FOV has to be so terrible.

They want to increase the killer FOV but currently when they do it causes the killers shoulders to show up on your screen. You are correct though they did mention all of this in a somewhat recent dev stream.

um... what? So if you use Shadowborn it's ok, but if you do it normally, then suddenly shoulders show up? NANII???

Allow me to clarify.
The Devs said when they increase the FOV past what Shadowborne offers it caused the shoulders to appear on screen. They said it had something to do with the FOV camera not actually being in the head but rather the neck.
For this reason if they made the Shadowborne perk a baseline FOV then using any FOV perk would cause your camera to clip into your shoulders.0 -

But I guess M&A was not mentioned. Also, this problem could be solved by having separate hands and full body in game.
There would be problem though. If you increase angle and distance camera that much you would simply not be able to know when and what to hit.I kinda get devs but kinda not. FoV is annoying at times when half the screen is also covered by hands

I'm pretty sure they jokingly tested having a FOV of 360 degrees and said it was extremely mind boggling. Regardless they are looking into fixing where hit boxes are currently located and increasing FOV on killers.

The irony is that we dont even have hitboxes currently, we have hitcones because they couldnt implement proper swinging with hitboxes
