Actually balanced and fair DS [Decisive Strike] rework idea

My DS (Decisive Strike) rework idea works based on very specific conditional factors.

If there are still generators that need to be repaired:

DS will last indefinitely until the survivor: touches a generator, touches a totem, drops a pallet, clicks a flashlight, uses an item, attempts to unhook a survivor, completing a health-state heal of another survivor, being COMPLETELY HEALED yourself, take a protection hit for a survivor who's being carried by the killer.

If all generators are completed or EGC has started:

DS will last 20/25/30 seconds. The timer will be disabled if the survivor: touches a totem, touches an exit gate switch, drops a pallet, clicks a flashlight, uses an item, attempts to unhook a survivor, attempts to heal a survivor, takes a protection hit, enters a locker.

----

I think this conditional feature of DS would make it truly fair for both sides, prevent DS abuse and to make it a true anti-tunnel perk.

Additionally, if you already had DS active and the last gen is completed - The timer (2nd condition) should begin at that moment. This should definitely be considered in code to prevent people abusing the 1st condition during end-game.

The reason I mentioned a completed health-state (when there are still gens) is because some survivors like to go and heal and are sometimes even forcefully being heal-tapped after being unhooked (even if you don't want it), the idea is to prevent sandbagging and forcing someone's DS to be removed. This fixes that.

Now, I've seen it a lot, but I'm just gonna say this:

I DO NOT agree with a "killer hooks another survivor deactivation clause". Why? I've been in, and seen way too many situations where someone goes for the save, gets downed the moment they unhook the survivor, doesn't have BT or anything, and the killer slugs both. Now the killer can simply hook the rescuer and THEN proceed to re-hook the same survivor again with no DS at all. I believe this is/can be/will be abusable by the killer. To me, in a way, that's still technically tunnelling. The survivor didn't have a chance. They shouldn't be punished for another survivors stupid mistake, especially considering how bad solo can be. DS shouldn't become killer sided.

I believe my idea makes it fair and balanced for both sides.
