Hit validation feels bunk

So hit validation is pissing me off. I feel this is an uncommon opinion, but when playing survivor I get hit when the killer is 3 bodies away sometimes. Just the other day while playing as Bubba I hit a player before they fell from the 2nd floor and the player complained saying I was hacking but I wasn't (I don't even know how to). Plus i haven't been able to 360 killers anymore. I don't have the greatest internet as I'm more often at 120 ms but i've never had this problem before. I'm going to record my future games and i may post them that is if i keep playing through this bs.

    Is active on ps4 now? I was playing a game, and negates me almost 5 locker grab. The surv jump in/out and abuse it. It negates me also the Melee hit. And bugged hatchets shots.
