How do I access old archives?

I seem to be having an issue looking back at old Memories and Log Entries. Currently, only "Back To Zero," "A Lovely War," "A Story By Any Other Name," "Soldiers Of Mayhem," "Observations," and "Revelations" are displaying. Although I should have entries unlocked from the first tome too. How do I fix this issue? Am I just blind and there's a simple answer?
