PC - Only able to view Log Entries/Memories from Tome III

Title says it all. I noticed this when trying to view the lore from the first tome, only to realize that it was stuck on Tome III. I've tried selecting challenges from the other Tomes to see if that would do something to no avail. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Edit: Adding some stuff because I forgot about the format.
Issue happens every time the archive is opened, never goes away.
Some challenges are completed in each tome, each tome has at least one level completed.
