The second iteration of 2v8 is now LIVE - find out more information here: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/480-2v8-developer-update

My personal opinion on the game.

I feel as though the invisible guy is a little over powered, when he's invisible you can't hear the heartbeat getting louder

the killers are way faster than your character, no matter who it is most of the time and you can't out run the killer, I think that everyone should run just as fast and the winning factor should be who out plays the other person. I know the point of the game is to end up winning or being killed but I feel like we should at least get a fair chance.

Another thing is I feel like there are way too many hooks in the game, as soon as I get down I don't even get the chance to wiggle free half way before he can hook me, out of all the time that I have been playing I have NEVER unhooked myself once i have literally zero chance at all to wiggle free.

as of right now that is all that I can think of, but I will definitely be adding me once I discover more things I find messed up with the game.

The WRAITH is overpowered? You really ARE new. You can hear him growling, you can see a shimmer when he moves, and he disturbs the grass. The Wraith is one of the weakest killers in the game, though his upcoming buff might help that a bit.

Once you learn how to loop you'll be able to take the killer on 3-minute chases just like all the other survivors.

You have a 4% chance to pull yourself off the hook. Don't try it unless there's no other choice, wait for someone to rescue you. Also, once you start grouping with people who can bodyblock you'll be able to wiggle off sometimes.

If this was bait, good job. You got me.

It takes some time to get used to the killers' powers. When I was first playing Claudette (with Empathy), I got confused seeing a red-ish aura coming towards me. I initially thought it was an injured ally (didn't register injured allies show up in yellow and red when they are downed), but it was the Wraith uncloaking. It was a nice jump scare. A more recent match with a Wraith, he kept chasing me while cloaked, but I was able to see where he was and try to keep him busy (I ended up failing).

I assume you are new. I am gonna assume that. It's pretty widely agreed upon by survivors and killers that the wraith is weak as hell.

The killer is always faster? Definitely not lol. You can pull out a speed charge from google and it shows the killers that are faster and slower than base speed.

The winning factor can be based on who out plays the other if there are not crutch perks that give free escapes.

Way too many hooks? The wiggle part is not meant to help you most of the time...it's more like a few hooks are used up then it will work. It has been that way since the start of the game.

You have never unhooked yourself because you are not meant to unhook yourself all the time. The chances of a unhook are well the famous 4% that you hear survivors complain about. It has been that and won't change.

At least till the new dlc perk. If you can unhook your friend without getting injured. You will get a 100% escape from your first hook.

Well I don't hear the invisible guy when he gets near me, I can see him when he's invisible but sometimes I don't while I am repairing the engines.

I still feel like it should be a higher chance of pulling yourself off of the hook 4% really isn't anything like that means there's a 96% chance that you won't pull yourself off the hook which is pretty impossible thinking about it.

What do you mean learning how to loop, like dodging him? I do that pretty good, I just feel like they get me and I can never get away unless it's a stupid killer who doesn't know how to be one at all, if someone is a skilled killer I can never get away from them especially if they're freddy.

The Wraith isn't over powered I just don't hear my heart beat going quicker when he's invisible and he's literally right next to me, I have astro A50's and I play with the game sound pretty loud and I literally never hear him it's nothing about me being new.

The killer is always faster than me, I have all the speed perks and he still out runs me easy, I don't get it.

there are way too many hooks I feel like if they took out 2-3 more then it would be fine. I mean in the basements have 4 hooks alone there is like 8 throughout every map maybe even more I don't know I never counted but I feel like there are way too many.
