Why I think bad perks should be buffed/reworked more
I'm the guy that my friends know as who runs lucky break, flip-flop etc. and it's simply because I like variety. Instead of running the same meta perks every game I like discovering new things and trying them out. It's just hard because some perks are just very very bad, and feel like they never make an impact. I'm not saying that they should get as strong as DS or Unbreakable, they should around as strong as Leader for example.

You can only bring 4 perks per game and there A LOT of perks now, yeah the mediocre perks become weaker/useless with every new set of perks added. I always thought we should be able to combine 2 green perks into one perk, or something. That or maybe add a 5th perk that is for the characters teachable only.

This game could use a point based system for perks to make up for the disparity in strength between them, sure you could have your 4 meta perks or you could have your 6 or more niche perks that you enjoy

Yeah I agree with that, there's just too many generic perks that don't add any value, but if I could bring 2 of them for every meta perk, I think that would make for interesting builds.

It's a good idea, but sadly I don't think the devs will make it happen anytime soon, if ever.
We still can wait and hope that the specific perks we like get buffed. Over time devs have buffed/reworked a significant numbers of perks, the only true problem is that they keep adding some that are blatantly useless such as Forced Penance.

Then meta will only change, but there will still be one the most powerful meta.
