Are healing stacks limited to certain perks/items?
So I have been playing this game for a while and I was always confused on what healing speeds would stack or even if any of them were limited. So perks like We'll Make It, Botany Knowledge, and No One Left Behind for examples all increase your healing speed. I'm not counting perks like Autodidact and Solidarity since they don't directly affect healing speed. I was just curious if for example you had the healing speed perks listed above along with a medkit if they would all stack or if healing speed is limited in some way.

As far as I know, there is no limit regarding healing speed. We'll Make It does mention a 100% healing speed cap, but that's only referring to the perk itself.

Precisely. It boost healing speeds by 100% but it caps itself at 100%. Can be over 100% with boosts from Botany Knowledge, medkits etc.

Yes, they all stack together.
The clause in We'll Make It description means that We'll Make It doesn't stack with itself. I.e. you do 2 unhooks in short succession, you won't get another stack for the second unhook. It will simply reset the timer.
However, We'll Make It will stack with anything else.
